About Melissa
Architect, Project Manager and Wellbeing Advocate
I am an Architect and Project Manager with experience delivering large-scale transport and infrastructure projects across the globe, since 2005. While architecture and project management are at the core of my professional life, yoga has been my constant companion since 1998 — a practice that has kept me grounded, resilient, and inspired through the demands of a fast-paced career.
In 2022, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, followed by a Yoga Nidra certification in 2023. I continue to further my studies at Kaivalyadham, one of the oldest yoga institutes in India, to expand both my knowledge and personal practice. My meditation journey first took root at Plum Village, in Bordeaux, and now includes a dedicated Vipassana practice.
What began as a personal refuge has grown into this passion project — a space where I share the insights and tools that have supported me both on and off the mat. For me, yoga is not separate from my work as an architect; both are about creating space — one in the external world, the other within.
Beyond architecture and yoga, I find joy in scuba diving, freediving, hiking, and exploring the natural world — experiences that continually remind me of the beauty of balance, presence, and connection.

“Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit. When one is free from physical disabilities and mental distractions, the gates of the soul open.” B.K.S. Iyengar
