Hi! I’m Melissa Viegas, founder of Aline Lab.
Before becoming a yoga instructor and mindfulness facilitator, I worked in the architecture and the built environment; a field where high expectations, deadlines, and constant delivery are the norm.
This experience gave me firsthand insight into the pressures professionals face in demanding work environments.
Today, my work bridges professional experience with evidence-based resilience practices.
